I chose this hotel primarily for its rooms, knowing that Maribor is worth the visit just because of the room's spaciousness. Being just above the restaurant terrace added a unique touch, though some minor refurbishments are needed. The location is superb, sitting close to the historical center of Maribor with views of the old water tower by the river. The service was a mix; while the staff were helpful with translating menus and wine lists, they tended to rush the courses. Dining by the Drava River was delightful, offering a decent selection of cheeses, ham, and bread. Overall, a good stay with a few areas that could use some improvement.

I had a mixed experience at the hotel. While the rooms had a soft charm with modern furniture, it felt a bit lacking in amenities and comfort compared to other places I've stayed. The service was top-notch and very accommodating, making my stay pleasant. The location was convenient for exploring the city, but the room view could have been better. The dining options were satisfactory, though not exceptional.
